Tasty Tuesdays - Mallah Chicken

Hey everybody! I decided to start sharing some of my homemade delights with you and today I'll feature Mallah Chicken. I had a predicament while doing this. I had no sauce! So I had to make my own using sugar and soy sauce and it turned out great.

Chicken breasts (cut up)
One onion
Green peppers
Soy sauce
All purpose seasoning (optional)

After cutting up all the chicken and vegetables then season chicken. Get your skillet heated with some oil. Add the chicken to the hot pot and keep the flame low. Brown the chicken in the pan until ready to add the vegetables. Using the same container in which the chicken was seasoned, add the vegetables to the residual seasoning. Add more soy sauce and sugar to get the mallah flavour on the vegetables as well then add them to the pot. Leave everything to steam on low flame until the chicken is well done. You can serve this delicious treat with rice or whatever other side of your choice.
